Jerry Ward from Bios3Training and his attitude toward his potential customers

I have decided to make this blog about this guy Jerry Ward, simply because i was amazed from his attitude and "professionalism" for his "potential" clients.

First i want to say that i don't have experience or opinion on his work as trainer, he is probably good in what he is doing, and i liked his videos about bodybuilding on his YouTube channel. I don't question his knowledge in the his professional field, i only question his "Attitude".

It's seems that I'm not the only one that he is treated like this, i found this "Review" about his program and the review is in the link above in the page navigation menu, and i don't have any connection with the review.

The Beginning

I was fan of his YouTube channel and Jerry is providing very interesting and useful information about bodybuilding.  As I'm working as Web Designer and developer i sit long hours every day in front of computer, so I'm not fit and i have a lot of weight to loose.  I started diet and going to gym and i had success, however i had a few bumps here and there and my weight was stalled in some point.

Then i decided to ask Jerry about it and wanted from him to help me out.

So i found his e-mail from his channel and i send him a message about my problem.  He replayed with one sentence only - "Your doing it wrong and your metabolism adapted." send from his iPhone.

This answer was not enough for me, so i replayed back with some questions, he never replayed.
Then i email him again, asking him, if he is doing "consultations" and what he charge for that.

Again no replay, i figure that maybe he did not saw my email, so i have found his Facebook page and send him message there, also i saw that he has a webpage. Contacted him on the webpage contact form too.

Again no replay, and at this point i tough hey this guy for sure is getting my messages and he still not replaying, why is that? After all i was ready to PAY HIM for consultation and he is just ignore me for some strange reason.

So while i think about what could be the reason for him not to replay, i saw on his website that he is actually doing "consultations" via "Skype" sessions and he is charging 75$ per hour. I have missed this the first time i visited his page.

So i was amazed, if he is indeed doing "consultations" why he is not replaying when i asked him 3 times already? Is it not normal to replay and say "hey yes i do consultations via Skype and i charge 75$ for it", but instead i got nothing? Why?

The WEBSITE - BioS3 Training

While i wondered this questions, as i said i work as an web designer, and noted that his website is very bad and poor. I have checked out the creator of his website "PIETRAS CREATIVE" and their portfolio, i was amazed that they did 95% only "personal trainers websites" and all of them using the same exact "template" as Jerry's website.

But WHATS WRONG WITH JERRY'S WEBSITE? you may ask

Well for starters:

there is no "terms of use" on his page, no refund policy, absolutely no information about his services in details, for example how his programs work, any instructions, any requirements from clients.
The "Skype" session thing has no information about what time he is doing that, what you can talk and ask about. There is more information about his T-shirts than for his main products!

There is only "Add to Cart" PayPal buttons. So what is expected here? Pay the money and ask questions later?

Also there is "Members" section with 15.99$/year subscription with the only information given is "valuable one-of-a-kind information." But what kind of information is this? Again no information, you just have to pay for it to see..

Also there is a lot of small mistakes on his webpage, for example the ' char is displayed as "’", on his "testimonials" page, all the text is "center aligned" instead of left alignment, images are separated by "    Â" characters. Images are poor quality interpolated.

So all this points to very unprofessional poor website. But It's FINE! The guy is "Personal Trainer" not a web designer, and this site is probably made by some friend of him i tough.

As a professional in this field, and as a fan of Jerry's YouTube channel i tough i could help Jerry by telling him about his website and give him advice about it. 

And note that I'm ONLY GIVING him advice about it, i don't offer my services to him which i noted to Jerry, simply because i work for an "Web agency" and I'm full with work, so even if he ask, i could not provide any service for him.

THE E-MAILS

So i have decided to e-mail him once more, and tell Jerry that it is very rude not to respond to me as "potential client" and give him advice about his website.

So here is my e-mail:

Hi Jerry,

I really like your videos, and i messaged you several times (Facebook,  e-mail, your website) asking you if you do consulting and the charge rate for consultation.

You did not respond at all. Well i find this RUDE! Is it so hard to take 20 seconds to replay "no i don't do consultations" ? Or better, inform your clients on your website if you receive such questions often.

And by the way, I'm web designer, and i can tell you that your website is very unprofessional and badly build (in fact there is multiple trainers websites with exact same bad design template as yours from this company - pietrascreative, if they charged you something for your website this is shame), you should consider making a new one (and I'm not offering my services here, just advice).

 And note here that i have made it clear "and I'm not offering my services here, just advice". I don't know, maybe it was stupid from me to give him advice or opinion, but it was with all the good intentions, but man i did not expected what followed.

I don't want your services not your advice on my site. So I didn't respond. Guess you didn't get the hint cuz here you are again. If you were on my site you saw the prices: take your bullshit sales tactic and go fuck yourself! You got it this time?

Well i was once again amazed by Jerry Ward, but as normal person, decided to explain to him that i don't offer anything for sale or something, that i needed his services and i apologized about my advice and if i have offended him in any way.

I DON'T SELL ANYTHING, this is bullshit Jerry. And i don't understand why are you SOOOOOOOOOOO RUDEEEEEE ??!??!? to people you don't even know...

1. If i offended you in some way - I'm sorry, i don't sell anything or offer anything... i just though i could help you with advice, as i felt  appreciation toward you and your channel, like you help your viewers with advices, if you don't want it, good as i said I DON'T FUCKING SELL ANYTHING to you. Jesus are you behave in this manner with all your potential clients?

2. On your website i did not notice the "Skype" session thing at first when i messaged you 2 times, now i saw it, but guess what, i had a questions regarding this Skype session, for example at what time do you do this, because I'm on the other half on the globe and i can't do it at 3-4 in the morning for example.
Also i was interested what kind of questions may i ask and is it possible to have the session thru e-mails as its better to have your advices writhed down in case i forget something and several small details like this.

But i guess I'm going to fuck myself as this is your advice to me as your potential client... very very kind of you really...

bullshit, fuck you and I made a video exposing you.  if your such a good web builder you would know how to use a store tab. its pretty easy even i know how to use it. you are FULL OF SHIT!

About your store, yes i was on there AFTER i messaged you from youtube and Facebook, and as i said, at first i saw only your "program" products and i didn't scroll down so i have missed the "skype" thing.

And even after i apologized to you if my advice was unappropriated to you, you now continue to offend me. You will expose me for what? Wanted to be your client and giving you advice? ROFL go ahead... I'm really disappointed from you. And i know that even if you realize that you have made a mistake on this one, you won't admit it...

This is the last you will hear from me, and i will explain the things for the last time.

1. When someone contacts you with questions regarding your services, no matter if he saw them or not on your website, it is normal to replay and explain. You did not bother to do this. I guess there is some "facecontrol" on who can be your client.
2. I was browsing your website on a tablet in bed so its quite normal to miss some of the content, and this don't give me a rating on how good I'm on my profession. You act like a child.
3. In the message with my advice to your website i have noted that i don't sell anything, and I'm really not, because i don't work with clients, and i have plenty of work to bother to sell my stuff on some random guys in the internet.
4. As a web designer i sit long hours in front of computer and not much movement, that's why i have a lot of weight to loose, and that's the real reason i have contacted you.

And this is how you treat your clients:
"maybe you didn't get the point AGAIN! go away", "bullshit, fuck you and I made a video exposing you.", "you are FULL OF SHIT!", "you troll", "go fuck yourself!".
And all of this because i expressed my opinion that i don't liked your website design... I guess no one have the right to express anything negative even remotely related to you.

You are really mature and professional! I will make sure this will reach the public, so others like me to know what they are dealing with here, because you really offended me quite much.

your NOT my client! you never were. you are some random fucking guy on the internet who is acting like a fucking creeper so i treat you like it. do NOT call yourself my client. ever. and I didnt ask for your opinion. you are nobody. a random internet troll who thinks i give a shit about what he thinks. go away. act like a child? i told you to leave me alone and here i am getting more emails creepy much asshole. you are now being filtered and blocked from all my emails so i dont have to deal with your creepy ass! fuck off!

In conclusion

This thing become quite long, however i had to show it all and explain everything.
Yes maybe i have made a mistake give him advice about his website, i don't know, but man i apologized for it.

However, I'm sure that i don't deserve such attitude and no one deserve such attitude. The truth is that Jerry Ward is a very rude person, he offended me for no reason.
His programs may be is good, i don't know, he can also be amazing personal trainer, i really don't know, but I'm sure that this is not the way to make business and to treat people like that.

So this blog will continue to exist and inform people about Jerry Ward and BioS3 Training, until i have apology from him for his behavior.
